What Hibilet is

Hibilet is operated by Savrum Solutions B.V., registered in the Netherlands (KvK 42032272), Balthasar Coymansstraat 10, 5751MV Deurne, Netherlands. Software you use to sell admission to your own events and to keep the record of who bought. We provide the storefront, the checkout, the door scanning, the settlement reporting and the audience data that sits underneath all of it.

Hibilet is not a marketplace. We do not list your event to an audience of ours, we do not sell tickets on your behalf to people we found, and there is no discovery feed you are competing for a place in. Nobody buying a ticket to your event needs to learn our name.

Who sells the ticket

You do. You are the seller and the merchant of record. The contract for admission is between you and the person who bought it. Your business is named as the seller, the storefront runs on your domain in your branding, and your terms are the terms the sale is made under.

That means the questions a buyer will have are yours to answer: what the ticket admits them to, whether it can be refunded or transferred, what happens if the event moves or is cancelled, and what the door will and will not accept. We give you the tools to state all of that and to enforce it; we do not decide any of it for you.

Money

Card payments settle into your own account with your payment provider. The charge is made on your balance. We are not in the flow of funds at any point, we do not hold a float, and we cannot delay, withhold or reroute a payout. Your payout schedule and your reserve, if you have one, are matters between you and your payment provider under that provider's own agreement, which you accept separately and directly.

Refunds are yours to issue and come out of your balance. We do not have the ability to refund on your behalf without you.

A consequence worth stating plainly: because we never hold your money, we also cannot return it to a buyer if you will not. A buyer with a dispute has your business and your payment provider's chargeback process, which is the same position they would be in with any other merchant.

What it costs

Hibilet Instant
A flat fee per paid ticket, quoted to you in writing before you sell anything. Charged once, on the ticket, at the point it is sold.
Guest-list admissions
€0. Comps inside a paid event carry no fee. Hibilet does not run free or RSVP-only events.
Refunds
A refunded ticket refunds its fee. We do not keep a fee on a sale that did not stand.
Tables and add-ons
No platform fee.
Your payment provider
The provider's own processing rate, charged by them, on their published terms. It is not ours and we do not mark it up.
Everything else
No monthly fee, no listing fee, no per-seat licence, no minimum, no contract term.
Hibilet Pro
Volume rates, agreed in writing, replacing the per-ticket fee above.

If we ever change the fee, existing organisers get notice before it applies and the right to leave with their data rather than accept it. A fee change is not a thing you should discover in a settlement report.

Your list is yours

The people who bought from you are your customers, not our users. Concretely, and as an obligation rather than a feature:

  • Customers, orders, marketing consent state and full purchase history export on request, in formats that load into other software.
  • That right does not expire, is not a paid add-on, and applies on the day you leave as much as on any other day.
  • We do not market to your buyers. Ever, for anything, including our own product.
  • We do not sell, licence, rent or share your buyer data with anybody except the subprocessors named in the privacy page, each of which is doing something necessary to run the service.
  • We do not pool your data with another organiser's to build an audience product of our own.

What you are responsible for

  • Running the event you sold tickets to, or dealing fairly with your buyers if you cannot.
  • Being the data controller for your buyers: having a lawful basis, publishing your own privacy notice, and answering the requests your buyers make to you. We help; we cannot do it for you.
  • Only asking at checkout for what you actually need. The software will ask whatever you configure, including things that are special-category data, and configuring it does not make it lawful.
  • Your own tax, licensing and local regulation.
  • Keeping your account secure, and the actions of the staff you invite.
  • Not using Hibilet to sell anything illegal, and not using the messaging tools to send unsolicited marketing to people who did not consent.

What we are responsible for

Keeping the service running and the data intact, backing it up, telling you promptly and honestly if something breaks or if there is a security incident affecting your data, and supporting you when the software is at fault.

We do not promise the service will never be unavailable. Anybody who does is either lying or has not been running software for long. On Hibilet Pro an availability commitment is agreed in writing; on Instant, there is none, and pretending otherwise here would be the first thing on this page that was not true.

Suspension

We may suspend an account for non-payment of fees owed, for illegal use, for abuse of the messaging tools, or where required by law. We will tell you why, in writing, and where the cause can be fixed you get the chance to fix it.

Suspension stops new sales. It does not touch your data or your right to export it, and it does not affect money in your own account with your payment provider, which was never ours to affect.

Leaving

You can close your account at any time, with no notice period and no exit fee. Disconnecting your payment provider is one click and is yours to make.

Before or after closing, ask for the export. You get it. Then your data is deleted on the schedule in the privacy page, except for financial records the law requires us to keep.

Tickets already sold remain valid, and the door scanning for events already on sale keeps working through those events. Closing an account should not strand the people who bought from you.

Liability

Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

That limit is the standard shape, and on a per-ticket product it is also a small number, which is worth understanding rather than skimming: it is a year of what you paid us, not a year of what you took. If you need a liability position that matches the size of your event, it belongs in a Pro agreement and not in a page like this one.

Changes

We will give notice of material changes before they take effect, and a change that makes the deal worse for you comes with the right to leave and take your data instead of accepting it.
