Your list leaves the day you do.
Customers, orders, consent state and full purchase history export on request, in formats that load somewhere else. A list you cannot take with you was never an asset. It was a subscription.
Your money never passes through us.
The charge is created on your own account with your own payment provider, the money lands in your balance, and our fee comes out of it. We are not in the flow of funds, we hold no float, and there is no credential of yours anywhere in this system. Your payout schedule is a setting on your account, not a favour from us.
Your name is the one on the checkout.
The storefront runs on your domain, in your branding, with your business named as the seller, which in much of Europe is law rather than a nicety. It is a custom element behind a shadow root, so neither stylesheet can break the other. Nobody buying a ticket to your night needs to learn our name.
Every figure has a query behind it.
Each finding is a sentence with a named query under it and a floor below which it says nothing at all. An alert opens onto its consequence: what it cost, whether it is still happening, and the rows behind it. A sentence a query cannot justify will eventually be wrong.
