# Hibilet > A full ticketing suite that runs inside the checkout: tickets and doors, the baskets that were left behind, settlement into the organizer's own account with the organizer's own payment provider, and reports where every figure traces back to the query that produced it. Sold to event organizers, promoters, venues and festivals in Europe. Hibilet is ticketing software for people who run events. The claim it is built around is ownership: the buyer list, the money and the checkout all stay with the organizer, and the platform never becomes the counterparty. What that means concretely: - **The money never passes through Hibilet.** The charge is created on the organizer's own account with the organizer's own payment provider. Funds land in the organizer's balance and the Hibilet fee is taken out of it. Hibilet holds no float, is not in the flow of funds, and stores no payment credential belonging to the organizer. - **The buyer list belongs to the organizer.** Every buyer lands in the organizer's own database — named, with consent state and purchase history — and exports on request in formats that load elsewhere. Nobody is remarketed to; there is no second promoter for Hibilet to sell an audience to. - **The storefront carries the organizer's name.** It runs on the organizer's domain, in the organizer's branding, with the organizer's business named as the seller — which across much of Europe is a legal requirement rather than a courtesy. It is a custom HTML element behind a shadow root, so neither stylesheet can break the other. - **Every figure has a query behind it.** Answers in plain language are produced by running one of a closed set of reports and printing the query underneath. The model picks the report; the query produces the numbers. A sentence carrying a figure that is not in the query result is discarded. Reports and chat run the same functions through the same permissions. - **Consent is a column, not a policy.** Anyone who never opted in is excluded before the count, so the number shown is the number that may lawfully be contacted. Plans: **Hibilet Instant** — one flat fee per paid ticket, quoted in writing before anything is sold; guest-list admissions are free; no monthly fee, no listing fee, no contract. **Hibilet Pro** — volume rates agreed for a season in place of the per-ticket fee, plus seat maps and white-label tenancy. Not offered: free-only or RSVP-only events, resale/secondary marketing, buying audiences, or holding organizer funds. They are not platform averages and not forecasts. - The €25–40 acquisition band cites LocaliQ 2026 Search Advertising Benchmarks (Arts & Entertainment) and Triple Whale 2025 (median Meta CPA $38.17); the 25–35% return rate cites Nevent on European festival retention. - Hibilet does not buy audiences on an organizer's behalf; the organizer buys the ads.
